PAROT+

Overview

A PAROT “Plus” subscription includes all the tools that PAROT has to offer, PLUS a bunch of time to work on things with you that we think might be useful. You get a fixed number of hours a term which you can use towards reporting, training or custom development. 

Board / Leadership Reports

The strucutre of this would be:

• An initial meeting to plan what data you want included in your reports

• Reports for your board / senior leadership team (if dates can be provided in advance that would be helpful) 

• Sections that can be included are:

  • NCEA results

  • Attendance by ethnicity, gender and year level

  • Literacy and numeracy results

  • Tracking over time and compared to previous years

Training for your staff

Either online training via Google Meet, or in-person training (travel costs not included) for deans, HoDs, SLT or more.

Customised development work

Oftentimes there are features you want to have, which are in our development pipeline, but you want them NOW… this would give you the option to use some of your hours to get our developers working on these now.

Notes

There will only ever be a limited number of the PAROT+ subscriptions available as they are based on time that we can put in, and you would choose your primary person for the PAROT+ subscription (Rowan, Paul or Jake). Occasionally we may need to pass some of the PAROT+ work onto another member of the team, but the majority of the work would be with your main contact.

PAROT+ Tiers

For each of these tiers you can choose if you want to pay termly or yearly, with a minimum of a 1 year commitment.

All the tiers include all the normal tools from PAROT plus the extras listed below. 

If you want extra on top of your PAROT+ subscription, this is totally fine, but standard charges apply.
