Upcoming Pricing Change

Pricing from 1 October 2026 will increase from $749 + GST / year to $899 + GST / year, which we still think provides exceptional value.

The base cost includes:

• Access to nearly all of PAROT's powerful features (excluding the paid add-ons above)

• A 30-minute annual check-in with Paul or Rowan to ensure you're maximizing your PAROT experience

• An additional 30 minutes of remote training throughout the year

Extra PD / custom development work is charged at $130+GST per hour.

Add-ons will remain the same price:

• Custom Qualifications: $200 + GST / year

• Google Classroom Monitoring: $50 + GST / year

PAROT+ pricing will however remain unchanged in 2027:

• Pīwakawaka: $1,600 + GST (extra $501 + GST if you use custom qualifications, gives you 8 board reports a year)

• Tūī / Kererū: $2,700 + GST (extra $1601 + GST if you use custom qualifications, gives you 20 hours of pd / development... that's $80/hr which is a great rate!)

• Toroa: $4,800 + GST (gives you 40 hours of pd / development)

This means PAROT+ represents even better value than ever before, as includes the extra support, but you also get custom qualifications thrown in as well!

We know price increases are never great to hear about, so we want to offer a special deal: if you renew your subscription before the end of Term 3, 2026 until 25 September 2027, you can lock in the current price until then. You’ll get a credit for any subscription time remaining and just pay the difference.

PAROT+

A PAROT “Plus” subscription includes all the tools that PAROT has to offer, PLUS a bunch of time to work on things with you that we think might be useful. You get a fixed number of hours a term which you can use towards reporting, training or custom development. See more here.
